HOLIDAY MARKET
Guess what?
I had so much fun hosting our Makers and Growers Market this spring and summer, that I didn’t want to stop!
We have one more market this year!
We couldn’t do it on the homestead, though… Pacific Northwest weather is too unpredictable this time of year, and it is ALWAYS windy on our property. I had nightmares of tents flying all over the place and that’s just not festive, or safe! I thought about renting one of those big ol’ tents and having a stand up heater inside… but, first of all, they’re too expensive for this event, and second the aforementioned nightmare…. a big tent flying is not better than little tents flying! It’s not practical or safe!
I’m teaming up with a new business in town called Cohost that provides space for workshops, meetings, and events. The space is beautiful, has great restaurants and shopping around, lots of parking, and is easily accessible!
Here are the details:
- Stevens Homestead Holiday Market
- November 23rd from 10 am to 3 pm
- at Cohost in Stanwood at 8712 271st Street.
I already have several great booths signed up – jewelry, handmade cards, soaps, candles, dryer balls, wood decor, and more. I still have room for a few more vendors, though, so if you’re interested, please send me an email at stevenshomestead@hotmail.com.
I hope you can join us and get a jump start on your holiday shopping, and explore our sweet little downtown!
