apple, plum, walnut, and evergreen.\u00a0 There&#8217;s often a bald eagle in that far evergreen tree in the mornings and evenings.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-1759 alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/stevenshomestead.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/20190508_19560002807817935796884357.jpg\" width=\"2268\" height=\"4032\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the house and yard (and sheep shed to the left) from the chicken coop during evening farm chores.\u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-1758 alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/stevenshomestead.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/20190508_2013025976788769967876424.jpg\" width=\"3000\" height=\"1688\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The days are long and busy this time of year &#8211; and just get longer and busier with watering the garden soon &#8211; but this is my reward&#8230; the quiet, the beautiful scenery, the animals all being so happy to see me (mostly because I feed them) and they don&#8217;t whine at me, like my kids do most of the day! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>I might need to start loading a camelbak or one of those beer helmets (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Forum-Novelties-pink-Cowgirl-Drinking\/dp\/B06X93Z53N\/ref=sr_1_10?crid=2YVE67RBHI8BR&amp;keywords=beer+helmet+with+straws&amp;qid=1557612440&amp;s=gateway&amp;sprefix=beer+helmet%2Caps%2C219&amp;sr=8-10\">perhaps this one<\/a>?) with wine for farm chores&#8230; (not a glass because I can&#8217;t hold it, and if I put it down, it&#8217;ll get hay or poop or fleece or feathers in it).\u00a0\u00a0Hmmm&#8230; I&#8217;m liking this idea! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>The bunnies have settled in nicely!\u00a0 The kids are doing most of the work for them&#8230;
